GUINARD OIL SERVICES sells DC6 separators or complete units adapted to customers' needs.       The DC6 separator :         This disc stack separator has been especially built for oil sludges and in particular to :    - Dewater crude oil    - Break emulsions    - De-oil slops       Advantages :   - The disc stack and the high centrifuge acceleration (6000 g) enables a fast migration of the particles - The heavy liquid phase (water) forms a "separating mattress" crossed by the sediments which clean them - The removal of the sediments by a screw conveyor enables a continuous removal of the solids with a throughput of 10 m³/h. - Only a small quantity of reagent is added, i.e. the volume of the ultimate waste is therefore not increased - The volume of the sediment is reduced because it goes through a decanter which de-oils and dewaters it. This means that the sediment is "cleaner".
